We are currently hiring for the role of Social Media Manager to join our growing team.

Job Title: Social Media Manager

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Employment Type: Full-time

Work Schedule: Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)

Travel: Occasional travel required

Job Summary

The Social Media Manager will design and implement strategies that build Tespire’s online presence and strengthen engagement with our target audience. This role involves turning complex technology solutions into engaging stories that people can easily understand and share.

The successful candidate must be both creative and strategic, with the ability to communicate the value of tech-based services while driving awareness, trust, and growth for the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute social media strategies that align with Tespire’s goals
  • Manage and expand the company’s presence on platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), Facebook, and other emerging channels
  • Create and curate engaging, relevant, and shareable content tailored to diverse audiences
  • Plan, manage, and optimize paid social campaigns to boost visibility and generate leads
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and design teams to ensure consistent messaging across platforms
  • Track, analyze, and report performance metrics to measure ROI and refine strategies
  • Monitor social trends, competitor activities, and audience insights using social listening tools
  • Build strong online communities by engaging with followers, influencers, and industry leaders
  • Train and guide internal teams on social media best practices
Experience and Skills
  • Proven experience creating and managing social media campaigns
  • Ability to design, schedule, and publish multi-format content (text, images, video, infographics)
  • Proficiency with tools such as:
    • Analytics: Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics
    • Design: Canva, Capcut, Adobe Creative Suite
  • Knowledge of paid social media advertising and campaign optimization
  • Previous experience in the tech industry or with intangible product marketing is an advantage
Salary

N150,000 – N180,000 per month
