Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager / Content Creator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about storytelling, capable of creating engaging and meaningful digital content, and skilled in managing social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. You will play a key role in shaping our online presence and connecting with our audience through authentic and impactful content.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective social media strategies to grow engagement and visibility
• Create, edit, and publish high-quality content across multiple platforms
• Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities
• Manage community interactions and respond to messages or comments professionally
• Collaborate with the team to plan campaigns that align with the school’s goals
• Track performance metrics and prepare regular reports to assess campaign effectiveness

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field
• Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands or organizations
• Strong storytelling and content creation skills, including writing, graphics, and video editing
