Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and organized intern to join our social media marketing team. This role offers hands-on experience in content creation, digital marketing strategy, campaign execution, and performance tracking across platforms like Instagram and TikTok.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating content including reels, carousels, stories, and captions for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and more
• Research trends, audio, hashtags, and competitor content
• Help plan and schedule weekly content using tools like Meta Business Suite, Notion, or Google Sheets
• Track social media performance and assist in preparing weekly analytics reports
• Join and contribute to team meetings and brainstorming sessions
• Occasionally support field marketing campaigns in locations such as hostels, churches, or local events
• Assist with simple graphic design using Canva or available templates
• Follow brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity
• Take on other marketing-related tasks as needed

Requirements and Qualifications

• Recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
• Interest in content creation, social media, and branding
• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Canva, CapCut, or similar tools
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Organized, self-driven, and reliable
• Ability to meet deadlines and work within a fast-paced team
• Bonus: Basic photography or video editing skills, experience with Google Sheets, or previous internship

What You’ll Gain
