Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and tech-savvy Social Media Handler who will take charge of our online presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, promoting offers, interacting with customers, and expanding our digital audience across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow all social media accounts for The Label Store
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts, reels, videos, and stories
• Showcase promotions, in-store activities, and new product launches
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer messages, comments, and reviews
• Collaborate with store teams to capture and share content from daily operations
• Keep up with social media trends and apply them to enhance engagement in the retail sector

Requirements

• Prior experience managing social media accounts for a business or brand
• Strong writing, content creation, and photography skills
• Familiarity with social media tools such as Canva, Buffer, and Meta Business Suite
• Creative thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to develop engaging ideas
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks
• Passion for food, fashion, and retail is an added advantage
