Role Overview

The Stock Officer will be responsible for managing the supermarket’s inventory system. This includes maintaining accurate stock records, tracking stock levels, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring smooth stock operations. The role requires attention to detail, strong organization skills, and the ability to work efficiently within a busy retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and record incoming stock deliveries.
• Monitor stock levels and prepare restocking or reorder reports.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical and system records.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely stock replenishment.
• Maintain and update the stock database to support accurate inventory tracking.
• Support internal and external stock audits when required.

Qualifications and Skills

• ND or B.Sc in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in inventory or warehouse management.
• Strong analytical and record-keeping skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Salary

₦100,000 – ₦150,000 per month
