Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and organized Supermarket Manager to oversee the daily operations of a new supermarket in Yaba. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth store operations, managing staff, maintaining stock levels, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily supermarket activities.
• Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and product displays.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve sales.
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies.
• Train, motivate, and evaluate staff performance.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports for management.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of an OND or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience as a supermarket or retail manager.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage a team effectively and resolve conflicts.
• Knowledge of inventory management and retail operations.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.).

Salary

₦120,000 per month.
