Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and goal-driven Supermarket Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with key supermarket clients, ensuring timely product delivery, and driving sales growth. You will serve as a vital link between our customers and internal teams, helping to build long-term partnerships and identify new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with supermarket clients in the manufacturing sector
• Understand client needs, operations, and business goals to provide effective solutions
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and technical teams for smooth product delivery
• Track account performance, analyze sales trends, and prepare regular reports
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to increase revenue
• Address client issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline
• 1–3 years of proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in manufacturing or supermarket sales
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Strong organizational ability to handle multiple client accounts efficiently
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
• Willingness to travel when required

Salary

₦200,000 per month
