Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Supervisor Trainee to join our team. The successful candidate will receive structured training designed to develop supervisory, technical, and operational management skills. This program prepares trainees for future supervisory roles within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn pest control techniques, safety procedures, and regulatory compliance standards.

• Support senior supervisors in coordinating technicians’ daily field operations.

• Participate in scheduling, task allocation, and operational planning activities.

• Assist in monitoring the quality, safety, and efficiency of pest control operations.

• Attend training sessions focused on team management, communication, and client relations.

• Maintain accurate records of service activities, reports, and treatment documentation.

• Observe and participate in client interactions and problem-solving in the field.

• Develop leadership and operational management skills through hands-on experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Life Sciences, Microbiology, Environmental Science, Agriculture, or a related field.
