Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Team Lead to oversee day-to-day operations, manage teams, and drive the continued growth of our firm. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, a business-focused mindset, and a passion for service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies that align with business goals and long-term vision
• Oversee daily operations across departments to ensure efficiency and policy compliance
• Lead department heads and motivate staff to achieve targets and deliver results
• Identify opportunities for business growth and expand client services
• Manage financial performance, including budgeting and resource planning
• Set performance indicators and use data to guide business decisions
• Ensure high service standards and excellent client experiences
• Develop and enforce business policies that meet legal and industry standards
• Identify risks and implement measures to protect the firm’s operations and reputation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business or operational management
• Background in immigration, travel, consulting, or professional services is preferred
• Proven leadership track record and ability to manage complex teams
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial oversight
• Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills
• Able to multitask, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines
• High integrity and a professional, discreet approach
• Proficient in business tools like CRM, project management, and reporting software
