About the Role

The Technical Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to guide product direction, define requirements and ensure that solutions meet both business and user needs. This position plays a key part in planning, designing and delivering scalable digital solutions.

You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, designers and external clients to translate business needs into actionable product features. The role also involves aligning business goals with development efforts, especially in projects using no-code or low-code platforms and AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, user stories and workflows
• Analyse current systems, data and business processes to recommend improvements or new solutions
• Partner with developers, product managers and product owners to scope features and define acceptance criteria
• Support the creation of prototypes, mockups and wireframes as required
• Assist project managers in tracking milestones, timelines and deliverables
• Conduct gap analysis between business needs and technical solutions
• Facilitate user acceptance testing to ensure product quality matches requirements
• Keep up to date with new tools in no-code and low-code development, SaaS platforms and emerging technology trends
• Approach work from the perspective of end users, frontend developers and backend developers to ensure holistic solutions

Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of four years’ experience as a Business Analyst in a technology, SaaS or digital product environment
• Proficiency with Figma and ability to translate design prototypes into actionable technical requirements
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, data structures and request-response logic
• Familiarity with both traditional development and no-code or low-code platforms such as Bubble, Glide, Airtable, Webflow or Zapier
• Excellent communication, documentation and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications and communicate them effectively across teams
• Experience with documentation and project tracking tools such as Confluence, Jira or Notion is an advantage
• Background in UX writing or user-centred design processes is desirable
• Knowledge of agile or hybrid agile methodologies is highly beneficial
