Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Van Sales Representative to join our sales team in Igando, Lagos. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring efficient product delivery within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit customers to promote and sell company products.
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
• Explain product details, pricing, and available offers clearly to customers.
• Negotiate sales terms and ensure timely order delivery.
• Maintain accurate sales records and submit daily reports.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure product availability.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Build lasting relationships with existing and new customers to encourage repeat sales.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and market trends.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of SSCE, OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree.
• 2–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in FMCG or related sectors.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Must be familiar with sales routes in Igando and its environs.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record are required.

Salary

₦100,000 per month.
