Role Overview

The Video Content Creator Intern will support both our Learning and Development team and our marketing efforts by producing high-quality video content for training materials, social media, and other online channels. The ideal candidate is creative, hands-on, and eager to take ownership of content from concept to completion. This role offers real-world experience in a fast-paced environment with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop engaging video concepts for educational and marketing purposes

• Shoot, edit, and produce high-quality video content

• Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with brand goals

• Assist with scripting and storyboarding when required

• Ensure consistent branding and visual standards across all media

• Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in video production, shooting, and editing

• Experience using editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar

• Ability to develop concepts and tell compelling visual stories

• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Organizational ability and time management

• Experience in digital or content marketing is an added advantage

• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Multimedia, Communications, or related field (or in progress)

Salary

• Internship Stipend: ₦100,000 per month

• Full-Time Offer Upon Successful Completion: ₦130,000 per month
