About the Role
This role offers the chance to shape the visual identity of our content while working with a collaborative and fast-paced team. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-driven, proactive, and eager to grow with an evolving organization.
Responsibilities
- Edit and assemble raw footage and B-roll into high-quality, engaging videos.
- Partner with the creative and marketing teams to produce content for digital platforms including social media, advertisements, website, product demos, investor decks, and campaigns.
- Enhance videos with graphics, animations, sound design, color grading, and effects.
- Maintain consistent branding across all video outputs.
- Contribute to storyboarding, shot selection, and creative direction.
- Manage multiple projects efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Keep up-to-date with editing trends, tools, and best practices for digital-first brands.
Requirements
- Three to five years of professional video editing experience (agency, production house, or in-house startup experience preferred).
- Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Capcut, and After Effects.
- Strong motion graphics, audio syncing, and color grading skills.
- A portfolio demonstrating creativity, storytelling ability, and editing range.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Keen attention to detail and strong visual storytelling skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Desirable Skills
- Experience creating content for startups including pitch videos, product explainers, and social campaigns.
- Knowledge of videography, photography, and basic design tools such as Photoshop or Illustrator.
- Familiarity with social media formats including TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
