Position: Academy Videographer / Photographer
Location: Agege, Lagos

Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Videographer / Photographer to capture the energy and passion of our football academy. From training sessions to matchdays, you’ll produce high-quality content that documents our players’ progress, promotes the academy, and tells inspiring stories through video and photography.
Key Responsibilities
Filming:
- Capture training sessions, matches, and academy events using professional video equipment
- Adapt to different lighting and outdoor shooting conditions
Video Editing:
- Edit raw footage into polished videos for social media, internal use, and promotions
- Maintain consistent quality and branding in all content
Content Creation:
- Develop engaging visual content ideas that reflect the academy’s values and celebrate player achievements
- Create short-form and long-form videos tailored for various platforms
Collaboration:
- Work closely with coaches, players, and staff to understand content needs
- Translate team goals into visual content that supports academy programs
Equipment Management:
- Maintain all filming, photography, and editing equipment in excellent condition
Archiving:
- Organize and archive video files and photo content for easy future access
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in videography or photography
- Proficiency with cameras, lighting setups, audio tools, and editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.)
- Strong storytelling and creative thinking skills
- High attention to detail in both shooting and editing
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Comfortable working outdoors and in fast-paced environments
