Job Overview
We’re looking for a talented Videographer & Video Editor to join our team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about visual storytelling and skilled in creating compelling video content for marketing, social media, and brand communication.
What You’ll Be Doing
Video Production and Filming
- Plan and carry out video shoots to capture high-quality footage
- Set up and manage cameras, lighting, and audio equipment
- Direct on-screen talent and ensure strong visual storytelling
Video Editing and Post-Production
- Edit raw footage into engaging and polished videos using professional editing tools
- Apply color correction, sound design, transitions, and effects to match brand tone
- Finalize content that meets campaign goals and communicates clear brand messages
Content Creation for Marketing
- Produce videos for digital ads, social platforms, websites, and more
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative video content
- Adapt content for short-form, long-form, reels, and explainer formats
Storyboarding and Pre-Production
- Plan visual elements, scenes, and locations for shoots
- Organize logistics including scheduling and equipment needs
Social Media Video Optimization
- Optimize videos for platforms like YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Add captions, subtitles, and eye-catching thumbnails
- Stay up to date with video trends to drive engagement and visibility
Motion Graphics and Animation
- Create motion graphics, animations, and dynamic elements for added impact
- Design visual assets like intros, outros, lower thirds, and infographics
- Use animation tools to deliver visually engaging stories
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Multimedia, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in videography, video editing, and content production
- Strong skills in video editing software and camera operation
- Knowledge of lighting, sound design, and visual storytelling
- Bonus: Experience in animation and motion graphics
- Excellent project management and multitasking ability
- Creative thinker with a solid grasp of current social media trends
- Team player who can adapt to changing project needs
