About the Role

The Website Builder will design, develop, and maintain Shae Group websites, landing pages, sales funnels, and secure portals. This role ensures that every site is responsive, SEO-friendly, conversion-focused, and seamlessly integrated into our digital ecosystem.

What You Will Do

• Build and maintain websites, landing pages, and sales funnels that meet brand and performance standards
• Use AI and automation tools to streamline workflows and enhance output quality
• Create email templates in Go High Level for marketing campaigns
• Integrate CRMs, analytics, automation, and payment systems across digital platforms
• Track and report on website performance, conversion rates, and optimization outcomes

Skills and Experience Required

• Three to five years of practical experience in website development and design, with a portfolio of high-converting websites, landing pages, and funnels
• Proficiency in website builders such as WordPress, Webflow, Wix, and Shopify, plus familiarity with AI-driven website creation tools
• Strong understanding of UX and UI design principles, conversion-focused layouts, and responsive/mobile-first design
• Experience designing Go High Level email templates and CRM-integrated campaigns
• Knowledge of SEO best practices, site performance optimization, and analytics integration (Google Analytics or GA4)
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for customization and troubleshooting
• Ability to integrate CRMs, automation tools, and payment systems into websites and digital platforms
• Familiarity with A/B testing and funnel optimization strategies
• Excellent attention to detail, version control, and documentation skills
• Strong English communication skills with the ability to collaborate across marketing, sales, partnerships, and product teams
