Role Overview

The Account Officer will be responsible for preparing accurate sales invoices, quotations, and related documentation. The role supports the Sales Manager with timely submissions, maintains a structured filing system, and assists with general accounting and administrative operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate sales invoices, quotations, and related sales documents

• Ensure zero errors in all financial and sales documentation

• Provide timely submission of customer documents in collaboration with the Sales Manager

• Maintain a well-organized filing and documentation system

• Assist with daily accounting activities such as data entry and reconciliations

• Support general administrative and operational duties

• Update and monitor customer accounts and related transactions

• Ensure compliance with company policies and standard accounting practices

• Perform additional accounts and administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field

• 3–5 years of relevant experience

• Strong knowledge of invoicing, documentation, and basic accounting principles

Key Skills

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and basic accounting software

• Strong organizational and filing skills

• Good communication and interpersonal abilities

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Salary

N150,000 – N200,000 monthly
