Job Responsibilities

Financial Management

• Record and monitor financial transactions including revenues, expenses, and journal entries
• Reconcile bank statements and financial accounts, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies
• Maintain up-to-date general ledger accounts and supporting documents

Tax Management

• Compute and file tax returns such as income tax, sales tax, and payroll tax
• Ensure prompt tax payments in compliance with tax regulations
• Provide tax planning advice to reduce liabilities

Auditing and Compliance

• Conduct internal audits to review financial operations and strengthen controls
• Support external audits with required documentation and reports
• Develop and implement accounting policies to enhance compliance and control

Budgeting and Forecasting

• Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts
• Analyze differences between actual and budgeted performance, providing reports and recommendations
• Contribute to financial planning and cost analysis for strategic decisions

Accounts Management

• Handle accounts payable by ensuring accurate expense recording and timely vendor payments
• Oversee accounts receivable including invoicing, collections, and cash receipts

Salary

N100,000 – N150,000 Monthly
