Job Title: Accountant

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail oriented and proactive Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will support financial operations, ensure compliance with tax laws, and provide accurate financial reports to guide organisational decisions in areas such as energy and smart home projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Update salary structures based on the company’s compensation review

• Ensure payroll calculations comply with Nigerian tax laws and statutory deductions

• Manage staff pension deductions in line with pension regulations

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial and statutory reports

• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

• Track financial data from online channels and provide insights to management

• Support external audits with all required reports and documentation

Qualifications and Skills

• HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field

• Professional qualification such as ICAN or ACCA is an advantage

• Minimum of two years experience in accounting with payroll management

• Good understanding of Nigerian tax laws, pensions and statutory deductions

• Proficiency in accounting and payroll software

• Strong communication and documentation skills

• Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams

Salary

N150,000 to N200,000 monthly
