Job Position: Accounting Assistant

Location: Satellite Town, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-Time
(On-site role – Candidates residing around Navy Town or Lagos Mainland are strongly preferred)

Job Overview

As an Accounting Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our finance operations. You’ll help maintain accurate financial records, prepare financial statements, handle bookkeeping, and use accounting software to support day-to-day activities. The role also involves assisting with audits and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate financial statements
• Maintain and update financial records
• Use accounting software for daily transactions
• Support internal and external audit processes
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and standards
• Assist with general bookkeeping tasks

Requirements

• OND, HND, or BSc in Accounting
• 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience
• Proficiency in accounting software
• Strong understanding of accounting principles
• Good bookkeeping and finance skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Must reside close to the office (Navy Town, Lagos Mainland)

Salary

₦150,000 per month
