Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Administrator and Personal Assistant to support daily office operations, senior management activities, client services, education recruitment processes, and property and guest management functions.
This role supports three directors and works closely with internal teams, partner institutions, agents, and clients. The position requires strong organisation, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities across education services, marketing support, and property operations.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative and Office Operations

  • Manage office administration, records, filing systems, and documentation
  • Handle phone calls, emails, mail distribution, and visitor coordination
  • Manage calendars, meetings, reminders, travel plans, and appointments for directors
  • Prepare reports, presentations, meeting notes, and correspondence
  • Maintain office supplies, equipment, and basic financial records
  • Support reception duties when required

Director and Executive Support

  • Act as a professional contact point between directors and internal or external stakeholders
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items
  • Assist directors with daily task planning and time management

Education and Client Support

  • Support study, work, and migration application processes from enquiry to enrolment
  • Review applications before submission and assist with documentation checks
  • Communicate with partner institutions and manage partnership correspondence
  • Convert enquiries into active applications through calls and face to face meetings
  • Attend education fairs, school events, seminars, and exhibitions
  • Travel within and outside Abuja when required for recruitment activities

Marketing and Business Development Support

  • Assist with marketing campaigns and promotional events
  • Maintain accurate enquiry and campaign records for performance review
  • Support social media and digital marketing activities alongside the marketing team
  • Identify new partnership opportunities and assist with follow ups and agreements
  • Gather market information to support recruitment and growth strategies

Property, Tenant, and Guest Management

  • Manage tenant and guest communication for short and long term rentals
  • Oversee guest check in and check out processes
  • Maintain accurate and appealing property listings
  • Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and property inspections
  • Track utility bills, rent reminders, and house rules compliance
  • Respond to guest enquiries, resolve issues, and manage reviews
  • Support long term tenancy agreements, renewals, and tenant onboarding

Customer Service and Reporting

  • Respond to client questions patiently and professionally
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions and resolutions
  • Follow up on client satisfaction and student progress
  • Prepare assessment reports and performance updates
Qualifications and Skills

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or lower qualification with relevant work experience
  • Minimum of four years experience in administration, personal assistance, customer service, or related roles

Salary

This role includes a probation period of three to six months with a monthly salary between N150,000 and N250,000.
After probation, salary may increase to between N200,000 and N300,000 per month based on performance and contribution.
