Job title: Advanced practice Nurse

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive primary and preventive healthcare to patients of all ages.
- Conduct diagnostic assessments, create treatment plans, and manage acute and chronic health conditions.
- Prescribe medications in collaboration with the supervising physician, ensuring correct dosage, safety, and monitoring of treatment outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records in line with clinic policies and legal requirements.
- Educate patients and families on treatment procedures, discharge instructions, and health maintenance.
- Adhere strictly to infection prevention and control protocols.
- Safely handle and dispose of medical waste and contaminated materials.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals for coordinated care.
- Communicate effectively with the healthcare team to share patient updates.
- Monitor the functionality of medical equipment and report any issues promptly.
- Advocate for patient needs, ensuring dignity, confidentiality, and respectful care at all times.
Salary
N80,000 – N150,000 monthly
