Role Overview

The After Sales Engineer will handle product repair, testing, and maintenance to ensure all solar systems function effectively. This role involves technical troubleshooting, customer support, and coordination with the engineering team to enhance product performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out product repairs, testing, and maintenance to ensure smooth operation
• Interpret electronic circuit diagrams and diagnose system faults accurately
• Use repair tools, including soldering iron, for hardware replacement and motherboard repairs
• Communicate with customers and technical teams to resolve after-sales technical issues
• Maintain accurate records of service activities and reports
• Work with the engineering team to conduct system checks and upgrades
• Support installation and maintenance of both on-grid and off-grid solar systems

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of practical experience as an After Sales Engineer in a solar company
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work on-site and handle field assignments
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Knowledge of electrical circuit fault diagnosis
• Good customer relationship management skills

Salary

₦120,000 – ₦250,000 per month
