About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Agency Manager to oversee our travel operations. This role requires someone who can manage daily activities, lead a team of travel consultants, ensure excellent customer service, and drive business growth through innovative travel solutions.

Location: Lagos Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the agency’s operations, staff, and overall service delivery
• Grow the business by attracting new clients, developing corporate partnerships, and designing travel packages
• Oversee ticketing, reservations, visa processing, and tour services
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, airlines, hotels, and tour operators
• Track sales targets, budgets, and financial performance
• Ensure compliance with IATA standards and industry regulations
• Provide leadership support in all company activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the travel and tourism industry, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial position
• Strong knowledge of GDS systems such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
• Strong communication and customer service abilities
