API-Certified CNC Machinist at Pyfinest Resources

Pyfinest Resources, on behalf of its client, is seeking an experienced API-Certified CNC Machinist. Our client has provided premium threading, fabrication, and machining services to the oil and gas industry for more than 40 years. With expertise in tubular and well-head equipment, machine shop operations, and large steel fabrication, they maintain international standards with API 5CT, 7-1, 6A, and 16A certifications. Their facility operates advanced CNC machinery, including multiple hollow spindle lathes and a Mazak Integrex e 1060 V/8.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate API-certified CNC machines to meet precision tolerances
• Interpret and work from engineering drawings to complete machining tasks
• Perform threading and fabrication in compliance with API and ISO 9001:2015 standards
• Carry out regular quality checks with calibrated API gauges for tubular repairs and threading
• Collaborate with the production team to address machining challenges and improve processes

Requirements

• API-Certified CNC Machinist (certifications: API 5CT, 7-1, 6A, 16A)
• Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience with CNC machines in oilfield equipment fabrication or tubular threading
• Proficiency in reading technical drawings and using precision measuring tools
• Strong knowledge of API standards and machining safety practices
• Attention to detail, safety awareness, and commitment to high-quality work
