Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Architect to oversee building projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality, functional, and innovative designs while complying with industry standards and regulations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing projects from start to finish to achieve quality results
• Working with clients to define project requirements
• Preparing initial cost estimates, timelines, and special requirements
• Conducting site inspections to monitor construction progress and quality
• Producing detailed architectural drawings, including plumbing, ventilation, and electrical systems
• Supervising team members in preparing drawings, studies, and budgets
• Ensuring all work complies with building codes, guidelines, and safety regulations
• Staying updated with industry trends and new architectural innovations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience working as an architect, preferably with high-rise building projects
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Strong skills in AutoCAD and other computer-aided design programs
• Familiarity with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) practices in operations
• Excellent analytical, communication, and computer skills
