Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architect to develop innovative design concepts, create high-quality renderings, and support projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will be skilled in architectural visualization and capable of collaborating with clients and project teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative architectural concepts and project designs
• Create detailed 3D models and high-quality renderings using Revit and 3ds Max
• Prepare accurate design documents that meet client and project specifications
• Interface with clients when necessary to present proposals and provide updates
• Conduct site visits for supervision, measurements, and any assigned tasks

Qualifications

• First degree in Architecture
• Proficiency in Revit and 3ds Max is mandatory
• Strong visualization, rendering, and design skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work well in a team

Salary

N250,000 – N300,000 monthly
