Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-driven Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will manage architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality, accuracy, and compliance with all standards. This role involves working closely with clients, contractors, and team members to deliver well-designed and well-executed projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage architectural projects from initial concept through final completion
• Meet with clients to understand design needs, project goals, and budgets
• Prepare drawings, layouts, 3D models, and detailed architectural plans
• Produce planning applications, building regulation drawings, and construction documents
• Work with engineers, contractors, and other professionals throughout each project
• Conduct site visits to review progress, resolve issues, and ensure quality
• Coordinate project timelines and activities to meet deadlines
• Support project budgeting, material specifications, and procurement when needed
• Ensure all designs meet local regulations, building codes, and safety standards
• Provide project updates and professional advice to management and clients
• Lead problem-solving discussions during construction stages

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture
• Proven experience managing architectural projects from start to finish
• Strong design skills with proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools
• Good understanding of construction processes, building codes, and regulations
• Strong organisational and project coordination skills
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects
• High level of creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability

Preferred

• Experience in residential, commercial, or interior fit-out projects
• Knowledge of sustainable architecture and current design trends

Salary

N200,000 per month
