Role Overview

We are hiring a Full Time Architect Facilitator to support our interior design training program. This role is ideal for a professional with industry experience who enjoys teaching and guiding students. You will help students understand design concepts, develop practical skills, and complete real project work.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach physical classroom sessions from Monday to Friday
• Deliver lessons on interior design, decoration, space planning, and related topics
• Support students during design projects, reviews, and practical tasks
• Help improve course content and training structure
• Prepare lesson notes, learning materials, and assessments
• Mentor students and support their creative growth

Qualifications and Skills

• Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline
• At least 2 years of professional or teaching experience
• Strong understanding of interior design principles and industry practices
• Good communication and teaching ability
• Genuine interest in education and creative development

Bonus Skills

• Ability to use AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or Canva
• Experience working in a design studio or project-based setting
• Strong time management and project coordination skills

Salary

Monthly salary range is N100,000 to N150,000
