Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and reliable Assistant Restaurant Manager to support daily operations in our fast-food outlet. The ideal candidate will assist in supervising staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing inventory, and maintaining operational standards to drive smooth and profitable restaurant performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Outlet Manager with daily restaurant operations
• Supervise staff to maintain excellent customer service standards
• Train, coach, and motivate team members to meet performance goals
• Oversee food preparation and presentation to ensure hygiene and quality
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly
• Assist with staff scheduling, shift planning, and attendance management
• Enforce compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
• Maintain clean and organized dining and kitchen areas
• Support sales growth through upselling and promotional activities
• Generate and submit reports on sales, expenses, and staff performance
• Stand in for the Outlet Manager when required

Qualifications and Skills

• OND/HND/BSc in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
• 2–3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in fast food or hospitality
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and operational standards
• Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively
• Strong problem-solving and customer-service skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Salary

N120,000 – N150,000 (Net)
