Job Title: Bartender

Location: GRA, Port Harcourt – Rivers

Job Summary

The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, engaging customers in a friendly manner, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of cocktails, be customer-service driven, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve drinks, including cocktails, mocktails, spirits, beers, and soft drinks, following standard recipes.
• Greet and interact with customers professionally and warmly.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar, utensils, and work surfaces.
• Monitor and report stock levels to management.
• Promote special offers and upsell drinks to boost sales.
• Assist with daily bar setup and closing duties.

Requirements

• Minimum SSCE qualification; additional hospitality or bartending certification is an advantage.
• 1–3 years proven bartending experience in a bar, hotel, restaurant, or lounge.
• Strong knowledge of both local and international cocktails.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Attention to detail, excellent hygiene, and the ability to work under pressure.
• Must be reliable, honest, and customer-focused.

Salary

N150,000 monthly.
