Honour Flow Group of Company is a diversified business with operations in multiple sectors. We own and manage EJ Eatery in Ughelli and Sapele, offering quality dining experiences. Our Elo Trease Warehouse in Ughelli provides essential storage solutions, while our manufacturing arm includes Elo Water in Otokutu, Warri, and EJ Bakery in Warri. We also operate Elo Ice Cream, a fuel station, a gas station, and Revelation Bank in Ughelli.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Bread Dispatcher to join our team at EJ Bakery in Warri, Delta State. This role plays an important part in ensuring fresh bread products are delivered on time to our vendors, branches, and customers.

Reports To: Bakery Supervisor / Operations Manager

Job Summary

The Bread Dispatcher will plan, coordinate, and oversee the timely distribution of bread from the bakery to various destinations. This position ensures deliveries are accurate, bread is handled with care, and all products arrive in fresh condition. The role also involves managing delivery schedules based on invoices, keeping accurate distribution records, and maintaining quality control.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule daily bread deliveries to vendors and branches
• Coordinate with drivers and loaders to ensure prompt and accurate loading according to invoices
• Monitor bread inventory and liaise with production and packaging teams to meet delivery needs
• Maintain accurate delivery and vendor records
• Resolve supply issues, delays, or discrepancies quickly
• Ensure compliance with food safety and transportation regulations
• Communicate delivery times to vendors based on their invoice numbers
• Ensure proper handling and separation of standard bread and rough bread before dispatch

Requirements and Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma; training in logistics or supply chain management is an advantage
• Experience in dispatching, logistics coordination, or a similar role, preferably in the bakery or food industry
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Knowledge of food safety and transport compliance standards
• Good numeracy skills for tracking quantities and reconciling invoices
• Background in accounting, mathematics, or economics is an added advantage
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings or weekends

Salary
