Role Overview

The Business Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting business data to generate insights that support strategic decision-making. The role will work closely with sales and operations teams to track performance, identify trends, and improve overall business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify business trends and performance insights

• Prepare regular reports and dashboards to support management decision-making

• Monitor sales data, performance metrics, and market trends

• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to identify gaps and improvement opportunities

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting platforms

• Support business planning, forecasting, and strategy through data-driven insights

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field

• 1–3 years of experience in a data analysis or business intelligence role

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills

• Good communication and presentation skills

• High attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets

Salary

N150,000 – N200,000 per month
