Role Overview

The Business Development Manager will support the company’s growth by identifying new opportunities, building relationships, and driving revenue. The role requires someone who understands the market, can manage client relationships, and can create strategies that support business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business development strategies that support growth.
• Identify new opportunities through research, networking, and relationship building.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and prospects.
• Work with internal teams to plan and deliver sales activities and campaigns.
• Carry out market and competitor research to understand trends and opportunities.
• Prepare and manage sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics.
• Explore potential partnerships and collaborations that support business expansion.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in the FMCG or retail sector.
• Proven experience in business development and revenue growth.
• Strong industry network and stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Salary

N250,000 per month.
