Role Overview
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building relationships, and driving revenue growth. The role requires strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and a good understanding of the HMO or healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the HMO sector
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners
• Create and execute strategies to meet revenue and growth goals
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends
• Prepare and present proposals, reports, and presentations to clients and management
Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• 4 to 5 years experience in business development, sales, or client management in the HMO or healthcare sector
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Goal-oriented with proven success in driving business growth
• Ability to work independently and within a hybrid work environment
Salary
N500000 to N700000 monthly
