We are currently hiring a Business Development Officer to support our business expansion and relationship-building efforts within the oil and gas sector.

Job Overview

This position is open to passionate, presentable, and ambitious female graduates at the entry-level stage, as well as professionals with up to 3 years of experience in sales or business development within the oil and gas industry.

We are looking for candidates who are confident, teachable, fast learners, and adaptable.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with industry stakeholders including IOCs, DPR, NAPIMS, and NNPC
• Support the preparation of bids, proposals, and pre-qualification documents
• Participate in negotiations and execution of business development strategies
• Monitor industry trends and identify potential projects
• Reactivate dormant client accounts and generate new business leads

Entry-Level Requirements

• Female graduates, preferably aged between 21 and 26
• No prior work experience required
• Must be well-presented, articulate, and confident
• Passionate about building a career in the oil and gas industry

Experienced Candidate Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in business development, preferably in upstream oil and gas
• Familiarity with bidding processes and industry stakeholders
• Strong communication, analytical, and networking skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
