Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, persuasive, and creative Business Marketer to lead community engagement efforts, grow patient acquisition, and drive brand visibility. The ideal candidate will develop marketing campaigns, strengthen partnerships, and ensure the clinic achieves measurable sales and outreach targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns to increase patient inquiries and conversions.
• Promote clinic services through community engagement and local outreach.
• Visit companies, schools, and organizations to secure partnerships and retainerships.
• Coordinate school and corporate outreach programs to drive oral health awareness.
• Grow the clinic’s social media presence across major platforms.
• Generate leads and implement strategies to convert prospects into returning patients.
• Create brand awareness content and marketing materials.
• Track KPIs, monitor campaign performance, and optimize strategies for better results.
• Meet monthly and quarterly marketing targets, demonstrating measurable achievements.

Qualifications and Skills

• 3–7 years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare or community-focused roles.
• Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in both digital and traditional marketing strategies.
• Ability to develop outreach programs and compelling retainership proposals.

Salary

₦150,000 – ₦200,000 monthly
