Job Description

We are seeking a Business Relationship Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, maintaining, and growing strong relationships with clients while supporting the company’s business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain trust-based relationships with clients through regular communication and understanding their business needs.
• Acquire new business clients and identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling products and services.
• Serve as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams to address inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Gain a deep understanding of client businesses, goals, and industry trends to provide effective solutions.
• Work towards achieving sales and revenue targets through both new business acquisition and growth of existing accounts.
• Keep accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and sales activities using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of services with client needs and expectations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related fields.
• Minimum of 3 to 7 years of relevant experience.

Salary

₦150,000 – ₦250,000 monthly.
