Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Cake Bakery Supervisor to manage daily bakery operations and ensure smooth production of high-quality baked goods. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and able to lead a team effectively while maintaining hygiene and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily bakery production and workflow
• Supervise bakers and support staff during operations
• Ensure all cakes and baked items meet quality standards
• Monitor and manage raw material inventory levels
• Arrange timely ordering of baking supplies
• Check and maintain bakery equipment functionality
• Report maintenance issues when needed
• Enforce hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards
• Ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of three years experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of cake production and bakery processes
• Good leadership and team coordination skills
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
• Ability to manage time and meet production targets
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and quality control abilities

Salary

N150,000 per month
