Job Title: Call Center Agent

Location: Sabon-Lugbe, Abuja (FCT)

Employment Type: Full-time, On-site

About the Role

The Call Center Agent will serve as the first point of contact with potential and existing clients. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, following up on leads, managing inquiries, and converting prospects into paying customers. This is a sales-focused role that requires excellent communication skills, confidence, and the ability to close deals effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Make and receive calls with professionalism and clarity
• Engage prospects, build rapport, and effectively pitch company services
• Follow up on warm leads and convert them into customers
• Keep accurate records of client interactions and sales conversions using CRM tools
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a persuasive and friendly manner
• Support marketing tasks including email outreach, follow-ups, and scheduling appointments

Requirements

• Fluent in spoken English with a clear and confident voice
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, or telemarketing
• Strong ability to close deals and handle objections effectively
• Familiarity with sales scripts, CRM tools, and customer interaction tracking
• Organized, reliable, and self-driven with excellent time management skills
• Ability to adapt communication style to suit different clients
• Must reside in Abuja (Lugbe, Airport Road, Galadimawa, or nearby areas)

Salary

N185,000 per month
