Role Overview

We are seeking a customer-focused Call Center Representative who will serve as the key point of contact between the company and its current and potential customers. The ideal candidate will take ownership of customer issues, complaints, and inquiries while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage large volumes of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner

• Identify customer needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide effective solutions

• Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise

• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile

• Keep accurate records of all conversations in the call center database

• Meet personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School degree

• Previous experience in a customer support or call center role

Skills

• Strong phone and verbal communication skills with active listening ability

• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service best practices

• Customer-focused mindset and adaptability to different personality types

• Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively

• Proven ability to meet or exceed performance targets

Additional Requirement

• Must reside in or very close to Gwarimpa, Abuja

Salary

N76,000 – N90,000 monthly
