Job Title: Call Centre Agent
Location: Ikeja, Lagos and Enugu
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls efficiently and professionally
- Use approved communication scripts when engaging customers on different topics
- Understand customer needs, clarify issues, research problems, and provide effective solutions or alternatives
- Maximize opportunities to upsell products and services when appropriate
- Build strong and lasting customer relationships through excellent service delivery
- Accurately record and update customer interactions in the call center database
- Participate in regular training sessions to improve skills and job performance
- Consistently meet personal and team performance targets
Requirements
- SSCE, OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
- 0 – 2 years of work experience in a call center or customer service role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet set targets
