Role Overview

We are hiring a dependable and customer-friendly Cashier to support daily operations at our Maitama outlet. This role involves handling payments correctly, assisting customers politely, and supporting smooth front-of-house operations. The ideal candidate is calm under pressure and enjoys working with people.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer orders accurately
• Handle payments using cash, card, or other approved methods
• Issue receipts and manage the point-of-sale system
• Confirm cash balance at the start and end of each shift
• Respond to customer questions in a courteous manner
• Keep the cashier area clean and well arranged
• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely service
• Follow company rules on cash handling, hygiene, and customer care

Qualifications and Skills

• Previous experience as a cashier or in customer service is an added advantage
• Basic knowledge of numbers and simple computer operations
• Strong sense of honesty and attention to detail
• Good spoken communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment

Salary

N100,000 per month
