Role Overview

The Cashier will be responsible for managing daily sales transactions, providing excellent customer service, and supporting smooth outlet operations. This role is critical to ensuring accurate sales processing, positive customer experiences, and compliance with operational and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle POS transactions accurately and efficiently

• Issue receipts and process payments correctly

• Maintain proper daily sales records and reports

• Provide courteous, friendly, and professional customer service

• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization around the cashier area

• Adhere strictly to operational, safety, and hygiene guidelines

• Support outlet operations and team members when required

Qualifications

• Minimum of SSCE

• OND, NCE, or higher qualification is an added advantage

Experience

• Previous experience as a cashier, sales assistant, or in a customer service role is an advantage

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as on-the-job training will be provided
