We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Centre Marketer

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Objectives

As a Centre Marketer, you will play a key role in driving business growth and promoting the clinic’s services. This position requires energy, creativity, and strong communication skills to develop marketing strategies, build client relationships, and achieve sales targets.

You will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, analyzing competitor activities, generating leads, and implementing strategies that support both short-term and long-term goals of the clinic.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic business and marketing plans to increase clinic opportunities
  • Implement communication and product development strategies to boost client engagement
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge
  • Drive continuous clinic growth through effective lead generation and prospect management
  • Prepare and review proposals, reports, and background documents as needed
  • Collaborate with management to track marketing performance and ensure sales goals are achieved
Qualifications
  • HND or Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum of 2 years post-NYSC field marketing experience
  • Previous sales experience in a medical facility such as a hospital or diagnostic center is an advantage
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite; CRM or Salesforce experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to generate leads and deliver sales results
  • Persuasive, energetic, and goal-driven with a professional outlook
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
