Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Chef who can prepare high-quality meals, maintain excellent kitchen standards, and support menu development. The ideal candidate should be passionate about cooking and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals based on established recipes and menu instructions.
• Maintain consistent taste, appearance, and overall quality of all dishes.
• Manage portion sizes to control food waste and support cost management.
• Support menu review and updates based on customer preferences, available ingredients, and food cost considerations.

Qualifications and Skills

• Relevant culinary training or certification.
• Two to five years of professional kitchen experience.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality.
• Ability to work well in a busy kitchen environment.

Salary

N150000 to N200000 per month.
