We are currently inviting applications for the position below:

Job Title: Chemistry Teacher

Location: Ibadan, Oyo

Employment Type: Temporary

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver well-structured, engaging, and interactive Chemistry lessons.
• Prepare students for WAEC, NECO, IGCSE, and other relevant examinations.
• Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and laboratory experiments.
• Monitor and record students’ academic performance.
• Maintain discipline and create a positive classroom environment.
• Work with colleagues to improve the science curriculum.
• Take part in staff meetings, trainings, and school activities.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Science Education, or a related field (Master’s Degree is an advantage).
• Teaching qualification (TRCN certification preferred, but not compulsory).
• Proven experience teaching Chemistry at the secondary school level.
• Good knowledge of Chemistry curriculum and laboratory practices.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Passion for teaching and student development.
