We are looking for a skilled Civil Engineer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will oversee design, planning, and construction projects while ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with engineering standards.

Role Overview

As a Civil Engineer at Hymac Real Limited, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and supervising construction projects. You will work closely with architects, surveyors, and contractors to ensure every project meets specifications, budget, and timeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and technical advice to project stakeholders and management.
• Use design software and drafting tools to create and communicate project designs.
• Analyze materials and soil to assess foundation strength and durability.
• Calculate load, grade, and material requirements for various construction projects.
• Review blueprints, maps, and reports to plan and execute designs.
• Prepare reports and documentation, including environmental impact assessments.
• Estimate costs of materials, labor, and equipment.
• Collaborate with architects, surveyors, and contractors during project execution.
• Monitor project progress to ensure compliance with design, safety, and quality standards.
• Conduct post-construction inspections and oversee maintenance when required.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s Degree is an advantage).
• 5 to 8 years of relevant work experience.
• Valid Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and construction processes.
• Proficient in CAD and other engineering software.
• Knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and safety standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

Salary

₦200,000 – ₦350,000 per month.
