Role Overview
We are looking for a polished, confident, and socially engaging Client Service Executive or Manager who understands nightlife culture and can connect effortlessly with VIP clients, influencers, and high profile guests. The ideal candidate is well groomed, charismatic, and thrives in dynamic social environments.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Interaction and Experience
• Welcome and guide guests with professionalism and class
• Engage customers throughout their stay and create memorable experiences
• Coordinate VIP and birthday celebrations, bottle service, and table arrangements
• Stay aware of guest needs, moods, and expectations at all times
Client Relationship Management
• Build and maintain relationships with VIP guests, promoters, hosts, and influencers
• Conduct follow ups to encourage guest loyalty
• Identify high value guests and promote repeat visits
Brand Representation and Grooming
• Maintain excellent grooming, poise, and communication that reflects the brand
• Represent the club at events, promotions, and VIP engagements
Sales and Upselling
• Recommend premium bottles, table packages, and celebratory options
• Support guest list conversions and reservation bookings
• Drive revenue by upselling club experiences appropriately
Social Intelligence and Nightlife Coordination
• Navigate nightlife interactions with maturity and emotional intelligence
• Manage different personalities and high energy environments professionally
• Address guest concerns effectively and escalate when necessary
Operational Support
• Ensure client areas are always ready for guests
• Work with bar, floor, bottle service, and performance teams
• Participate in briefings, activations, and post event reviews
Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor’s Degree with three to five years experience
• Well groomed, polished, and confident
• Comfortable in premium nightlife settings
• Social, extroverted, and naturally engaging
• Confident interacting with high net worth clients and influencers
• Strong emotional intelligence and conversational ability
• Observant and able to think quickly
• Composed under pressure and in fast paced environments
• Suitable maturity level for nightlife roles (typically mid twenties to mid thirties)
• Discreet, trustworthy, and professional
• Strong etiquette and communication skills
• Experience in hospitality, nightlife, events, airline service, or luxury retail is an advantage
Salary
N500,000 to N600,000 per month
