Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and professional Client Services Executive to join our team. This role involves being the first point of contact for visitors, managing front desk activities, and ensuring that clients and guests feel valued.
The Client Services Executive will also be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, supporting internal teams, and ensuring client satisfaction with the company’s services.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors
- Handle reception and clerical duties at the company’s front desk
- Provide accurate information and address client inquiries
- Manage client complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and provide support
- Promote a customer-oriented approach at all times
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with 2 – 4 years of relevant experience
- Previous client-facing experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to collaborate across teams
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
- High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Results-driven mindset and strategic thinking skills
Salary
₦100,000 – ₦150,000 monthly
